Living in 12 South is an incredible experience.  It’s remarkable to be in the city, yet be surrounded by nature.  Possums, raccoons, rabbits, foxes, chipmunks, squirrels, stray cats, and a variety of birds grace us with their presence.  We continue to be inspired by this incredible beauty and grateful for the blessings of the neighborhood.
